How do you know if this is the place for you? You know you're Crazy4Twilight if you have read the Twilight saga so many times you have lost count. You've seen the movie several times and are now counting down the days to the sequel. Throw in there a lack of sleep, no real appetite and you don't find the need for social interaction as much any more(at least when it comes to talking about anything other than Twilight), then you're definitely a contender. Do your family and friends remember who you are? Maybe they do...or just maybe you've lured them into the lunacy as well! Whatever your level of "craziness", we welcome you with open arms as a member of our Crazy4Twilight "coven".

Crazy4Twilight is a place for fans of Stephenie Meyer to gather and discuss our love of her writing and characters while balancing family, work and home. You may become a Registered Member if you are at least 18 years old and a fan of the Twilight Series.     Breaking Dawn is the fourth novel in the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. It is the last novel of the Twilight saga to be told from Bella Swan's perspective. Divided into three "books", or sections, all but Book 2 are told from the perspective of Bella Swan, with the second being told from the point of view of Jacob Black. Breaking Dawn was released on August 2, 2008 with a special midnight release party in many bookstores. From its initial print run of 3.7 million copies, 1.3 million were sold in the first 24 hours of its release, setting a record in first-day sales performance for the Hachette Book Group USA. It is sad to see the series end with this fourth novel, but will it be the last? No one but Stephenie knows that for sure, but there was plenty of closure in this book. What do you think? Is this the end of the series for Bella and Edward and their family, or will we see more?

    As you may (or may not) know, Stephenie started to write "Twilight" from Edward's perspective. Unfortunately, someone leaked the unfinished manuscript to the internet, causing our favorite author undue stress and anger. She reluctantly decided to post the first 12 chapters on her site for fans to read legally, if they must. And while it isn't completed, and her intentions on completing it are still unsure, what she has written so far has left her fans clamoring for more Edward!

    After a "monster" opening, it took only one day for Summit Entertainment to decide that they will proceed with filming "New Moon" as a sequel to "Twilight"! As fans we always knew this would happen, didn't we? However, there's already controversy swirling around the sequel with Catherine Hardwicke not returning to direct and Chris Weitz taking her place. And of course speculation on who new cast members will be! There will be plenty to talk about in the next year while we wait for this film's release on November 20, 2009.

    Game on! Summit Entertainment has set the release date for "Eclipse", the third movie in the Twilight Saga Series, for June 30, 2010! So now we will only have to wait 7 months after "New Moon"! With David Slade at the helm, we'll be getting another vision of this series from a new director. So much more to come!

  • No new posts Twilight Saga Soundtracks
    We know that Stephenie Meyer used music to inspire her writing - some artists more than others! Music adds a whole new level to a movie and it's amazing all the songs and artists out there, both known and unknown, that can lend meaning to a movie, espcially this one. The soundtrack to "Twilight" was #1 on the Billboard charts in it's first week of release and sales keep climbing! The score is now available for purchase as well, so we can only imagine what kinds of sales that will see. There are numerous playlists out there that fansites have shared with recommendations for songs for sequels or just as songs they think relate to these characters and their stories (we even have one on our home site at http://crazyfortwilight.blogspot.com- check it out!). What are your favorite songs from the movie? What would you like to see on the next soundtrack? Who knows, maybe it will end up in the movie!
